Designing and Building your own home is a dream for many people and also a massive undertaking. In the last 10 years we have designed and built houses for clients, for resale and also for ourselves so we have plenty of experience.

Garage Conversions

Loft Conversions

A loft conversion is another handy way of adding extra space that you essentially already have sitting there. Loft conversions, including hip to gable extensions or rear dormers, can often be constructed under the scope of permitted development which avoids the unnecessary process of planning submissions.
