We employed Tailored Plans to do our loft conversion and some internal alterations to our property. They made the whole process seem so much less daunting than we initially thought it would be. The took over the planning submission from start to finish we had very little to do with it. The drawings were done quickly and efficiently and Deans knowledge is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again or recommending their services.

We were quoted extortionate amounts when we first looked at getting our architectural drawings done. We got Dean & Natalie in after seeing something we liked that they had designed down the road. Dean was very honest with what we would be able to achieve with our budget and they drew the double storey extension accordingly. They handled all the bio-diversity survey etc with minimal fuss. I was worried that the extension would look like a beast on the side of the house but it didn’t at all and I was so pleased when the drawings came through. They were such a find considering they did the drawings and handled all the planning for about the same price as some wanted to charge just to do a survey! We just cant wait to get it built now. I would highly recommend Dean & Natalie to anyone. We had numerous architects walk in and tell us that the double Garage that we wanted to build couldn’t be done due to some oak trees and their roots. Dean and his structural engineer came up with a scheme that satisfied the council and Arboricultural managers. We couldn’t be happier with our new garage and garage conversion the service we received was very efficient we would certainly use them again for any future projects that might come up!

We originally got Dean in because we wanted a builders perspective on our Single Storey Extension with Upstairs Dormer to the side. He couldn’t have been more helpful in designing something that he knew would work within our budget and would also be nice to look at as a dormer can often be an eye sore. The planning application sailed through with both Dean and Natalie chasing it for us. We didn’t have to lift a finger – they couldn’t have made the process easier. Will definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Dean for all his efforts in securing planning permission for us after several failed attempts. Following massive disputes with our neighbour he even managed to broker a bit of a truce for us which was a miracle in itself. He managed to find a compromise from both sides (our building was blocking her light) which enabled our plan to go through on the 4th attempt. He even took care of all the structural elements and building control once the planning was passed. I pass his details to anyone I know looking to gain planning permission now.
